Bruce McMickle Mr. McMickle began his career with General Electric in 1965 and advanced in various positions over a 10-year period. In 1975, he joined the Rangaire Corp. as National Sales Manager in Cleburne, Texas. After five years, Mr. McMickle was recruited by Bank Building Corporation of America and was appointed President of Bank Building Southeast, a plan/design/construction firm specializing in financial institutions. In 1989, Stearns Airport Equipment Company hired Mr. McMickle as VP and General Manager of Manufacturing and Sales of Passenger Boarding Bridges and Baggage Handling Systems. In an attempt to purchase Stearns Airport Equipment Company, Teleflex Lionel Dupont recruited Mr. McMickle as President of TLD USA, a manufacturer of Ground Support Equipment and Baggage Handling Systems. The group consisted of five individual companies including Matflex Inc. Mr. McMickle successfully purchased the assets of Custom Conveyor Company in Dallas, Texas and introduced Matflex, Inc. After a successful two years in operation, he sold the company to Mannesmann Demag/Rapistan which was eventually sold to Siemens A.G. Mr. McMickle currently serves as Global Market Segment Manager-Airports for Forbo-Siegling. Mr. McMickle co-founded the International Association of Baggage System Companies in 2007. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. |

Mike Malkowski Mr. Malkowski joined the Five Star Airport Alliance in 2005 and currently serves as President, CEO and member of the board of directors. The Five Star Airport Alliance consists of G&T Conveyor Company, ELS, Ameribridge, Star Systems and The Horsely Company. Mr. Malkowski has more than 20 years of management experience and has been in the baggage handling systems industry since 1988. Most recently, he served as Airport Group Executive Manager of an international Baggage Handling Systems provider. Prior to that, Mr. Malkowski was the Director of Business Development at a major material and baggage handling company where he also served as a Sr. Project Engineer and Sr. Project Manager during his tenure. With his years of industry experience, Mr. Malkowski has been able to develop and maintain key industry networks. Mr. Malkowski co-founded the International Association of Baggage System Companies in 2007. |

David Mead Mr. Mead joined Glidepath New Zealand in 1998 as a Controls/Commissioning engineer working on BHS Sortation projects. Mr. Mead relocated to Glidepath Canada in 2000 and served as the Controls Project Manager for many prominent projects at the Vancouver International Airport. He subsequently was named General Manager of Glidepath’s Canadian Operations. In 2005, Mr. Mead moved to the North American headquarters in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas and assumed responsibility for all Sales & Marketing. Since that time Glidepath’s North American business has enjoyed exceptionally strong growth necessitating a doubled manufacturing capacity and increased corporate resources and capability to meet demand and emerging customer requirements. Mr. Mead has hands–on experience in design and commissioning of automated sortation systems for Baggage Handling Systems. Prior to joining Glidepath, Mr. Mead spent 20 years in the Design and Construction industry, including major materials handling projects and design of leading-edge control systems. Glidepath is one of the original Charter Members of the International Association of Baggage System Companies and was instrumental in its formation. Mr. Mead was elected to the Board of Directors in 2011. |

Del Hollingsworth
Mr. Hollingsworth represents Siemens Logistics Systems on the IABSC Board of Directors. He has served in senior operations roles in the baggage handling systems industry since joining BAE Automated Systems in 1996. For the past four years, he has served as Director of Engineering and Installation for the Siemens unit responsible for airport baggage and cargo systems in the U.S. His experience in the industry includes three years as part of the management team at CAGE Inc. where he was Director of Government Affairs. His career prior to joining BAE was spent in newspaper, magazine and book publishing. Mr. Hollingsworth currently serves as the Executive Account Manager for Partners at Siemens LS. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and holds PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. |
